The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations are approaching fast, so here is a reminder about three of the events in Lyme Regis.
On Saturday 2nd June there is the Civic Parade. The Society is taking part so, if you would like to come and join the parade, you will be most welcome to join us. The parade leaves Holmbush Car Park at 11am.
On Tuesday the 5th June, the Friends of the Museum are presenting a rare showing of All Over The Town (No, not our Newsletter) the much loved 1940’s film starring Sarah Churchill.
The film is showing at 10.15am in the Regent Cinema and is likely to be very well attended.

On Wednesday 6th June the Friends of Lyme Regis Museum are putting on a Jubilee Concert performed by the Ware Quartet. One of the Society’s members will be playing. The music will include pieces from Bach, Pachebel, Mozart, Elgar and Strauss and much more!
